PRIVACY AND SHIPPING INFO
Once you have approved your order at the checkout and the order has gone through, we will send you an order confirmation to the email address that you’ve provided in the order. The order is completed when you have received your order and we have received your payment. If we cannot complete your order, we will inform you about it as soon as possible to the same email address.
We reserve the right to sell products, that you may have ordered, until it’s out of stock. If a product that you have ordered has become out of stock, we will notify you and make a refund for the item.
We usually pack and ship your order within 3 - 7 days after the order has been placed, however weekends/holidays and periods when we manage many orders can affect the packing time. The delivery time is usually 4-10 business days depending on which country you live in.
The delivery dates are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch, we are not responsible for any delays caused by post service or destination customs clearance processes.
The package is delivered to the given address and you’re not at home. If Post by any reason can’t deliver the package to your address, it will be forwarded to a pickup location.
We offer such shipping options:
- Latvian Post - Regular post service around the globe. Delivery in Latvia takes up to 5 working days and elsewhere in the world up to 25 working days.
- "self pick up" - a possibility only for residents of Latvia. Choosing this option you will be contact directly by our staff to arrange date, time and location for pick up. There are two places to receive your package: Riga and Liepaja.
We use Paypal only as our checkout system.

- post service within the rest of the Europe 10.00 EUR;
- post service outside EUROPE 10.00 EUR;
delivery costs are added on checkout.
